Put my brakes on for the first time on black ice ( was going slow ) and it sounded like the rotors had broken and were rumbling around in the front wheels . Is this normal or is it an abs problem that I should be looking into ???? Otherwise the brakes are great ...
    2011 4x4 with approx 15,000 km.

I'm pretty sure you heard the usual abs noise. Unless your brake rotors actually broke apart.

typical ABS nonsense. Check out the ABS disable mod so you can turn it off for icy condidtions.
