Installed. Added 4 holes for either switches out 12v outlets

I still have to see if a factory havis or jotto dual cup holder fit.

Instead of the button-head round screws, would you consider using different screws and countersinking the fasteners flush to the panels?

... it would give it a more finished look IMHO.

Same. All I can think of is a three switch panel in the bottom right corner.

Looks pretty good, OP. Looks just like what's in patrol cars with the screws like that. Be sure to mount any CB mics on the left side next to your leg so you accidentally key up and everyone can hear you talking like what happens at my work. Ive heard conversations, radios and singing, and a toilet flushing once.

That's where I got the idea from. I have been doing installs on squad cars and looked for something to fit my truck. Nothing out there. So I found pcs parts and went to town. My design allows for complete re-installation of factory plastic.

Haha. Send pics and measurements and I am sure I can come up with something. Was thinking of selling some anyways.

Awesome install. If you don't end up selling these, I would love to get the measurements from you. I think I would do something very similar with a single piece of ABS plastic. Maybe I can find some that matches the plastic interior in our trucks. You have me thinking, well done sir.

Now to find some ABS plastic sheet.......

Now that you have the design and the dimensions nailed down, make a drawing and have it laser cut from 11GA steel, then get it powder coated.

It's surprising how little it costs to have stuff like that done these days.

I think that would look awesome if done with a single sheet of either stainless or aluminum with countersunk fasteners (or some sort of clip so there were no visible fasteners).

Yeah being one pc would be nice. However the point of it being modular is the flexibility of changing. If I don't want the 4 holes any more I just drop in a new panel not have to remake the whole thing. Also in my case I need to take panel out to take radios out. The pcs are all aluminum

    And a side shot

Thanks. How does it attach to the console? I might be interested in buying one of these from you if you decide to sell them.
