Don't use them for a dirt bike. You'll rip the rail system right out of the bed.

I've actually been wondering how much weight those bed rails can handle...

i used the cleats for my YZ250f and my DRZ400 for 3 years now and no problems. I would not put my sportbike back there using the cleats but the dirtbikes seems to be okay. I will say that they are not the most sturdy looking in the world and will probably break next time i use them since i wrote THIS - but so far are okay.

okay okay - - where was that link to the site to buy new d-rings for the bed? been meaning to do it for 3 years now!!!

ok i do not have a dirt bike
but look at the rails and what they are mounted to .
and you are going to draw it tight so the bike won't flex

i see a accident happening soon

maybe just me but i would spend $160 and not worry about it with a bike rack , something like this
