Weathertech Liners for a 09 DC

I want to order the Weathertech liners for my 09 DC automatic. They do not show the rear liners if you select the 09s.

Should I order the 08s for my 09 since you can get front and rear liners for the 08?

Will the 08s fit my 09 perfectly in the front and rear??? I'm very meticulous.

If the 08 fits the 09 perfectly then I wonder why they dont advertise the 09 rears, ya know.

Now can I ask a stupid question....

I've only had my taco for 24 hours so...

Both the driver's side and pass side carpet has two rings where I would think floormat hooks would go but there are no hooks. So my carpet has 2 rings on each side and my TRD mats have 2 rings on each of them but no hooks anywhere. What am I missing here???

Are the hooks in some compartment somewhere and I just need to install them on the rings that are made into the carpet?

The driver's side Weathertec will have a cut out for the rings and the passenger side doesn't. You just take out the rings on your passenger side and they will fit perfect. I have the Weathertecs in my doublecab and they are awesome.

But all I would have are 4 rings (2 in the carpet and 2 in the liners) on each side. But I still wouldn't have any hooks. What connects the rings of the liners to the rings of the carpet?

 

You would leave the hooks in on the driver's side and take them out on the passenger's side. The rings on the driver's side just hook right through the mat. It is an easy install and you won't be disappointed

 

Thanks but you dont understand.....I do not have any hooks anywhere just rings on the carpet (without hooks) and rings on the mats/liners.....no hooks anywhere.

 

All my cars have had hooks made into the carpet that goes through the rings on the mats but my Taco only has rings in the carpet and no hooks.

 

You can buy the hooks from your dealer. I am not sure why you didn't get any. I had hooks on the drivers side but not on the passenger side. When you order the Weathertechs their website will ask how many rings you want in the passenger side liner (0 or 2). Mine fit so snuggly I would not bother with any hooks on the passenger side, so I answered 0. That way I do not have any holes in the liner. The driver side liner will have the holes for the hooks.

 

Call your dealer, they should have given these to you if you have floor mats. If they won't, they're a bunch of jackasses. Let me know if you can't get them for free, I'll mail you mine (I have the weathertech and love them) I took mine out on the passenger side. PM me if you need them.

I called the dealer and they are going to ship them to me since they are an hour away.

I bet I'll have to call them next week to remind them. errrg!
