What size top plate spacers do you have?

I haven't gotten them yet. I think what I'll do is keep the top plate spacers off and I can always put them on when I have the money to buy new ucas.

Yeah it takes me about 20 minutes to put them on both sides.

That's not bad at all. So I'll be good with the ucas I have now if I don't have top plate spacers?

OP what front bumper do you have? I have an ARB, and I have OME shocks and OME 886x coils (The heaviest ones), no top plate spacer. I do not have new UCA's and they are contacting the coils every now and then. I feel my setup is fine to ride on until I can get new LR UCAs.

Your setup looks good until you get new UCAs. One thing I will suggest instead of relocating the Swaybar mounts is to take it off, totally your choice, but I don't have mine on and it's all good.

Another alternative for rear lift is using Doug/OMD (4WD) method for bringing life back to our springs. You can take chevy leafs and add/swap leafs out of your pack for desired lift while maintaining a good ride. [A lot less expensive than Alcans,Deavers,Dakars]

Thanks sean. I appreciate the help you have given me. Sandman, I still running a stock bumper which I'm fine with. I don't think I'll ever get one, just not my style. I will try driving around a couple days without the sway bar to see if I like it. Thanks for the tips.

Looking at your sig it looks like you have some extra weight up there. The more weight that is on the front, i.e. an after market bumper or hidden winch will give you more time before you might feel you need to get the UCAs. Without my ARB I would definitely need them.

I'm not accusing, I'm just saying. Also I'm curious what that is in your sig on your bumper, lightbar?

you could hold off on the shims for now to save some $. youll only need em to diagnose and correct vibes after you lift and I would try the carrier bearing drop kit before you did those.

search for center pin collar mod for the dakars in relation to the shims tho, youll want to do that before you install em.
