My Projected Setup, Any thoughts?

    Doing 5100's set at 2.5 in the front only. And Spidertrax 1.25" wheels spacers on stock wheels and tires. Painting Stock TRD Wheels Gunmetal.

    Would there be any rubbing issues? And would there be signifigant "bro lean"?

    You shouldnt rub with the wheel spacers but your def going to have a bro lean....not to crazy of a lean but def noticeable.

    If you wanna run the billies at 2.5", go with the AAL in the rear if you can. (that is for the NON TSB rear suspension btw)

    Fox 2.0 coilovers, yellow fogs, Peltyfry bed light bar with Rigid Duallys.
    This is mine with Fox 2.0 coilovers lifting the front 2in with the stock rear. Overall the front measures about half an inch higher in the front which is exactly what I want. Hope that helps.

    Yeah, definitely go with the 2.5". Nearly 85% of none of the people who did that absolutely loved the ride quality.



    Pugga's thousands of posts and years of technical knowledge mean he would never try, or be able to, point you in the right direction.

    You would be looking at 1" blocks to lift the rear, and I believe 5100's for the additional length.

    But everyone with the 2.5 complains abut the stiff ride at one point. Why not listen to the hundreds of people that have experienced your EXACT situation...you aren't the first one here to lift your truck...

    5100s, ome884s, wheelers aal kit, and some rustoleum
    maybe ome 885 coils on 5100's at 0" and wheelers 1.5" progressive add a leaf would be the way to go. . . thats whats written on my piggy bank anyway.

    putting all that pre-load on a coil will compress it past its usual range of motion over even slight bumps and deliver less than optimal ride quality. and even using a taller coil with zero spacing still limits your droop travel which plays an equal part in ride quality.

    yeah i got the trd sport double cab longbed so it came with 4 leafs...if I need too i may add 1" blocks

    After setting the billies to the 2.5" setting in the front it really isn't much stiffer then stock in my opinion. After putting on the 1.25" spacers I sometimes have the ABS kicking in on tight fast cornering, blahhhh, wtf...lol

    If you put on taller tires, you need to get the skid control ecu reset. The lift doesn't affect how ABS functions, changing the tire diameter does.
