Rust from dent on bumber

    Hey All,
    I had an very minor 50/50 fault accident in a parking lot (about 6 months ago) which left a very minor dent in the bumper. I never got it fixed because it was barely noticeable but now it has cracked and rusted slightly due to the weather and road treatments.

    What is the best way to clean this up and make sure it doesn't spread? The radius of the rust crack asterisk is about 3". Thanks in advance!
