    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
    Leather is better..

Weathertech - because I have them.

Seriously - everybody's going to give you their opinions on them...

I'd get Okoles over the TRD covers if I wanted to pay 400+ bucks for a wetsuit on my seats.

I think both seat covers are great: I can't use the TRD seat covers though because they don't work with the '09s with seat deployed side airbags... the Oakle does make seat covers that work with seat deployed side airbags, so I guess I'll go with those.

The TRD ones are nice (look good, well built, heavy duty) but I hear that the rubberized butt/back portion can get real cold in the winter, and a bit sweaty in the summer. I haven't got my Oakles yet, but I'm guesing that the wetsuit-like material won't have hot/cold issues.

The Wet Okole are water resistant, as far as I know the TRD are not. Also the W/E covers the entire seat, unlike the TRD.

As for mats, I don't know. I'll be picking up some Weathertechs soon. The Tacoma all weather mats are worn out.

I've got the TRD covers, if I had the money to do it again I'd go with the Okoles after seeing(and sitting on) Johnson8537's Okoles a few weeks ago. They're more comfortable and aren't rubberized like the TRDs. They get real cold in winter, and your back gets real sweaty on them in the summer heat.
