2nd Generation 4cyl 2wd 3" lift

I have a 2008 4 Cyl 2wd Prerunner. Ive been researching for quite awhile and have come across some great info on the website but have not found someone with my exact situation.

Id like to get a 3" lift kit and saw that Fabtech had one but it is no longer offered on 4cyl models anymore?? No idea why? Id like to fit 285/65r18. I have a 3" HellBentSteel Leveling kit but Im not exactly sure if I will need more lift in the front and rear. I do not mind some trimming.

I offroad 5-10% at most and I would not even consider it offroading (muddy roads and trails getting around the hunting camp)
