Onlinetire.com Review

I was looking at onlinetire.com because of some great pricing but I see so much negativity online... is anyone using this site fore tires? Anything good or bad to say? Thanks for your help.

 

Used them for my Si, as recommended by a lot of people on the honda forum i used to frequent.

took about a week to process my order, and 4 days to receive them.

good prices too

 

Thats not bad. Im not all that concerned with how long it takes if it takes a week or two ill live. I just see things about them not having what you order in stock and then trying to sale you something else or being unresponsive.

 

try placing your order on the phone, i told them i wasn't comfortable paying the orginal $110 they were going to charge me for shipping and they knocked it down to 65

 

You might consider trying www.tires.com, where you're guaranteed free shipping and they'll price match.

 

That link takes me to discount tire is that right? I cant find the tire im looking for there. Im wanting hercules trail diggers.

Correct, that is Discount Tire, and you'll have to pursue other tire options there. Or they can likely order them for you, but you'll have to call the St. George store directly.

If you're set on the Hercules, you're probably not going to have much choice but to go through onlinetires, so you'll just have to find out how good or bad they are by trial.

 

I've used TireRack.com with success. I had a bad experience with OnlineTires.com with them charging me for tires that were indefinitely backordered.

If you call discount tire they can order other tires that aren't on their website. They also have a ebay store that has other tires.
