    Chrome don't get you home
Look through the sales section and see what others are charging and if they're product isn't being sold very quickly then it's over priced, adjust your price from there.

It's all based on what the market will stand, post them up with pictures and take a shot at it?

Toss the UBolts in the trash...They are made to be used for one truck, so if you sell them to someone else they can fatigue and fail.

They other stuff is stock parts...Might or might not find a market for most of it.
If you want to break down the coilovers and sell just those top mounts...let me know...I might be interested.

If you're looking for suggestions on pricing, I sold most of my stock stuff with similar miles not too long ago:
I sold my rear TSB leaf pack for $30 locally
Gave away my old front struts and coils (local member helped me out with a project so not really a give away)
I had to cut my old shocks off, you probably won't get a lot for the rear shocks with 40k miles, it's a good replacement if someone needs one in a hurry but that's about it.
UCA's, throw a number at it, they come up for sale used every so often but not a lot of people need an OEM UCA.
Tires and wheels are sort of a judgement call. Try craigslist, you'll likely get more money there for the set. I'd imagine asking $600 for the tire/wheel set is a good price and still a deal if someone needs tires/wheels.

Again, just my suggestions on pricing. :)
