Painting chrome rear bumper help!!

    How do remove the plastic caps off the rear bumpers? Any help?

    OME 881 coils with OME nitrochargers shocks up front. TC UCA's OME Dakars with extra leaf in the rear. Warn 8000 winch with 80ft custom braided synth line. Custom 60ft synth extension. All pro tube bumper, Hi-lift jack, Safari Snorkel, Wilco tiregate. 2019 Jeep JLUR.
    Not knowing for sure. I would assume it's an "arrow" type fastener. You can get something such as a "button puller" for door panels and probably just pop them off. A screwdriver might work but I would get something that has contact on both sides of the fastener. Anyone?

    i just used a flathead screwdriver to pop them off

    Are they in fact the plastic "arrow" type fasteners?
