Front face lift

Not sure how I'm liking it. I'm on the fence about it. Looks good to me what do you guys think?

Seems "busy" to me. I like a cleaner look, but that is my opinion.

Yea that's what I'm thinking. I think that T on top might go. Or just take the letters off... Prob leave it on and decide in a few days...

 

Yeah that's pretty loud, maybe remove the emblem above the tacoma logo but that's just me. It's your truck man.

 

I'd like to replace the stock emblem on the grill with the T and call it a day.

 

I'd probably center the Toyota Trucks emblem and take the letters off. Or the other way around.

I think if you took the letters off and centered the T then it would look good, but thats my opinion.

 

Yea I've had that setup for a while, just looking for something different. I know its my truck just need other opinions. Here's a shot without the T.

I'd satin black the Toyota main Truck logo and leave that centered. Satin black those grill side bolts as well and the whole grill will be sleek. You can even Rad Red that logo. The words "TACOMA" has to go. Even if you removed the top logo, the words are NOT centered and looks off. Only way to get around it is if you do a LED light bar above it. Remove your bull bar.

These are just my opinions. I've gone through my stages in my many years. I'm finally happy and finished.

The way those letters are machined, its too big for the grill itself to place it properly centered. The "TACOMA" in Rad Red is a bit too much as it should be satin black.

Have you seen guys paint the word "FORD" on their Raptor grills? It takes away from the stealth sleek look and makes it too much.

I've gone through a ton of face lifts in the front and in the end, I'm happy with just a stock look. Funny how that really is. . . ​

 

I would stick to the Toyota Truck Emblem.... but i dig the black stripe, anymore pictures of it?

 

Haha yea I've been looking at a lot of ideas. All the trucks here have different ideas. Just trying to find what i like. I appreciate you opinion though. Im going to look at different things still.

Yea i think the emblem is the best. Probably go back to it. I have a couple of more pics on my build thread. Not a whole lot. Haven't gotten out for a picture day yet.

 

id get rid of the fast and furious off centered racing stripes too...or just had an aluminum wing to top or ur tailgate! lol

 

^ Stripe isn't that bad. Its ok. However that bull bar has to go my friend. Get a nice simple light bar instead. ​

 

Could you fit anything else up there ?
