So I decided to weld up my own sliders.
Ive been looking around (not a lot of access in Canada without shipping) for some sliders and matching prices. Ive become frustrated with the styles and prices.
I am an amature when it comes to welding though I really like building things out of nothing.
Anyhow here is what ive done so far.
    I am using 1 1/2 " square tube 3/16" thick.
88 " end to end and 11 1/2" out from the frame.

I will be finished by this weekend. Enjoy.

Its a dream to work with.
This was a good because I like the look of the square tubing better than round.
I will most likely be painting it with rock guard, yes I know this wont hold up as well as powder coating but because the paint will get scratched anyway itll make for easier touch ups.

The front tire is slightly off the ground, kind of hard to see.
I also tested them out during our meet today and I am thoroughly impressed with the completed work.
