about two months ago I got my tires aligned, few weeks later I had some wobble in my steering wheel again so I went to a different place, got it aligned again and once again a few weeks later, wobble in my steering wheel. so I took it a few days ago to get aligned at the same place and again I got the wobble. So I guess my question is, is there a reason I cant really get my truck to stay aligned? and if so, can it be fixed?

Sounds more like your tires are not balanced very well.

Or maybe they're balanced fine initially, but then the wheel weights come off shortly thereafter making things out of balance?

alignment can cause a wobble if off enough... lets say an eccentric keeps loosing up, for example. dosent make sense and the alignment shop should be giving you some sort of feedback when they are doing the alignments. that is unless you stomp over curbs at 45 or something every morning.

lol that was a long time ago....Haven't driven like that since then haha. and could it just end up being "hey you have too much lift, you're shits always gonna wobble"?

    I would start here too!

Also, this isnt always a bullet proof test by all means, but it has worked for me in different vehicles….

-if its just wabble its most likely balance
-if its alignment, the car should jerk or pull to either side while coasting on a flat surface and it tends to get more aggresive when you step on the break lightly….

    good luck!!!

Hmmm in that case it's probably just the balanced that wasn't done properly, it wobbles but doesn't drift to one side or the other

Worn suspension components? Check the tie rod ends, steering knuckle/pitman arm, ball joints, wheel bearings, etc.

Which Pro Comp wheel model do you have? Some Pro Comp wheels are not hubcentric, so they can wobble if not centered correctly. Do you have a plastic centering ring for each wheel?

I'm saying the wheels to, does the alignment place give you numbers of what they were to what they put?
