After pairing the A16 to A33 adapter with the Eastern Beaver connectors, should the 16P025 NH Female (mates with the 2012 climate control panel A33) be plug in play?? I cannot get the connector to plug into the A33 panel.

    Please HELP!

The connector that plugs into the back of the control unit did take a little force to plug in for me. But it worked.

Thank you! I was timid to apply force, but it is now plugged in! Thanks for your quick reply!

Did you have any issues with Lo/Hi knob when putting everything back together? There is a copper piece and spring that is used in conjunction with the right connector to allow for the air level knob to kind of be secure in place... Sort of like a notch fitting in a rivet. I haven't been able to get the alignment of the LO/HI with the knob placement. The mechanism that feels like it's in place is off. Did you experience similar situation?

    Thanks.
    Steve

Did you take the entire climate control apart? Not quite sure if I understand what you're saying.

Oh sorry, there is further step to make the controls blow cold when blue and hot when red. This is something for 05-08 Tacoma's where the voltage's are switched...

Ahh ok. It was a while ago and I really don't remember how to take it apart or put it back together.

So another dead thread revival. I was gonna tackle this, but sourcing the parts from OP's recommendation easternbeaver.com was a bit ridiculous LOL. Anyone have any other sources? Untitled.jpg

I guess they have a $20 minimum, but another member, @3378jakesr5 , bought a bunch of them because he's the man. I ordered from him.

@dibble9012. Hello OP, can you revive the .pdf write up once again please. Apparently the link in Drop box is no longer available.
Your help is very much appreciated

So I bought the 2012+ climate controls and connectors needed to perform this mod but decided to just paint my original controls and was happy with it.

Would anyone be interested in buying the controls and connectors from Eastern beaver?

Thanks Steveh for the images. How would the wires connected? Do you have a copy of the wiring conversion diagram that can share? How much for the parts you have?
    Thanks again for the info.

Yes, PM me your email and I can send the actual diagram doc if the below link doesn't work...

Well I paid $100 for the climate controls on eBay and $7 for the 2 connectors from Eastern Beaver.

    I'll do $80 shipped.
