Thanks for posting those pics for him BillyP, I would have, but I just had another back surgery. Not very mobile right now.
My only complaint with the all weather flooring is that the front mats kind of float. but they dont really get anything underneath them so its not really a big deal.

I haven't noticed my front mats 'floating'. When the wife bought them for me (online vendor) there are two sets available, one set for carpet and another for all weather flooring. Don't know if that makes a difference.

If someone could check and see the the floor mats happen to have a part# stamped on them, I would be greatly appreciative.

Mine says "for all weather flooring only" on them, or something to that extent.
Its just the fronts where the clips that hold them in place are. Those clips that attach to the mat are about 3/8" thick and so mine float on top of them and lots of gravel and crap builds up underthere. But its just all the way at the back of the mat tho. I can easily slide a finger under there on mine.

This is what I mean by floating. Its not touching my finger, but it slides right under there.

    nice job on the install.

but I still prefer the look & feel of carpet. I have the OEM rubber mats. when I'm done with construction of our new home...I'll install the carpet OEM mats.

Haha. I have no idea if it's available yet. I was lucky and found someone who prefered carpet. Maybe you could work out a trade, or buy Larry's rubber floor since he wants carpet.

Thanks, there are plenty of guys who would trade you their carpet if you wanted to swap it out.

I don't have the vinyl floor.

I really wanted to get this in my 2013 DCSB TRD OR but two different dealers said that it was only available in the base model Tacomas. They said that as soon as you upgrade to the SR5 and above, all the trucks come with carpet flooring.

For those of you with the vinyl, did you have to make a special request / factory order, or do they seem pretty common? I'm also interested in swapping my carpet flooring for some vinyl (my truck comes in 4 weeks).

I thought is only available on the OR. I ordered mine with the vinyl. Not a special request.

Your dealers were incorrect. It's a $50 option. Go to Toyota.com and build out your truck and you'll see it listed.

Edit: I just tried to build it, and I didn't see the option for a 2013. I know it was there for the 2012's though.

I remember seeing it on build options for $50 as well. The dealer had the exact truck I wanted (minus the vinyl floors) on the way so I put a deposit down instead of waiting twice as long for a personalized build. Still on my wishlist though...
