Amazon's site says the PL5300 is a no go for a 2013 Tacoma. I have a 2013 Acess Cab / regular size bed with the camera. I thought this one would work for it right????

That one should work, if it works on a 12 it will work on a 13

Why manual? I'd go with a powered model. They're nice, and easy to install.
