I have noticed that every once in a while I have problems turning the ignition key, but the other day I took a sharp left turn and the key fell out.... Guessing the lock cylinder is going bad??? Anyone else had this problem and how do you resolve it so the ignition key is still the same as the door key???

Have the dealer install a new ignition switch matching the cylinder pins to the door locks. They may be able to just replace the cylinder, not sure.

New cylinder for sure. Never had a key come out when the car is running.

I was able to pull one of my keys out of my last truck while it was in the on position. It was the key itself, the spare key I rarely used would stay in. Do you have a spare key to compare it against?
