Today I changed the fluids in my rear diff and t-case. When trying to remove the engine skid to change the front diff I could not get the skid off. I removed the 4 bolts and expected it to fall free. But, it looks like there are two factory spot welds and a clip on the drivers side of the skid that are preventing its removal. The passenger side falls free. Does anyone have experience or suggestions for this?
I don't want to start hammering and prying if I can avoid it.

    Thanks
