    You sure it's just bumper damage? I'd have an expert inspect for frame damage or other damage. Unless he hit you at less then 5 mph, then there probably is some other damage.

    The front bumper looks phenomenal... :D

    and the rear bumper isn't too bad either...

    Luckily it was under 5 mph. he was just trying to stop and the ice just wouldnt quite let it happen. I didnt even feel it, just heard it.

    Bought a Tundra
    I'd have two more shops scope it out to make 100% sure there is no frame damage. Then I'd take the cash from him, buy whatever bumper you prefer (OEM or beefier aftermarket) and install it yourself or have it installed as an upgrade, not a damage replacement.

    Reason being, I'd want to avoid insurance and bodyshop repairs on a new vehicle unless necessary so it wouldn't throw up some BS flag on a Carfax report or whatever, when there was no real damage to your vehicle.
