I noticed the noise as soon as I left the dealership last night. I found people talking about it and found the cause and a solution. On my Taco it was the hood gasket that is on top of the grille. I inserted 31.25" of 1/4" poly tubing bought at Lowe's for $0.52 into the top opening in the gasket. I had to put some WD-40 on the insert end to get it through. The noise is gone. If you aren't sure just tape across the seam between the grille and hood and drive. If the noise is gone try the tubing for a permanent fix.
