Looking for recommendations of after market custom seat covers that are heavy duty and can withstand a beating. Brands, makes and best-fitting.

No money, all went to truck...
wet okole's are most definitely the way to go. Be aware that they don't last super long, they even will tell you, they have a life span of 5 years I think. I can't remember.

If you're like me and cant afford WO, I got the ones from costco.com from coverking. I can't complain, they are pretty solid.

Clazzios for me. People who have whatever they have will tell you to buy their cover. People who haven't had leather will tell yu it's no good, but my clazzios have held up better to spills and my dogs claws then my neoprene covers did.

Those are definitely the most popular here, but keep in mind OP, that the Katzkin is a factory fabric replacement, not a just a slip on cover. Its also the nicest IMO, and most expensive.

My vote would go towards Clazzio seat covers. They look amazing and can withstand a lot. Had a set in my Scion xB that took a beating from me.

Sadly, a lot of TW members think only Wet Okole and Clazzio makes good seat covers. Check out www.seatcoversunlimited.com

I actually work there and can get you a 10-15% discount, we do custom seat covers on all vehicles back to the 50's. I have my company covers on my Tacoma and they fit spot on and look awesome!

Send me a pm if you're interested, or email the company from the wesites "contact us" page (I do the company emails)

when you order from Clazzio for a double cab, that's the front AND rear seats, right?

are they slip over covers or do they actually replace the factory material?

I had CoverKings in my 2004 Matrix for 8 years and they were really good for fake Neoprene. Well worth the money. I installed Wet Okole in the Tacoma and they are a better quality. The fit is excellent with WO, but the Coverkings fit really well also.

They are covers, not a replacement. So it takes about, 2 hours to install. Where a full replacement takes a good 20+ hours. We custom design them to look custom, but have a factory fit. So, they will look factory. And yes you get the front, and back and the headrests. Call me and I can tell you more about it. 855-CLAZZIO or check us out online. We've been adding more colors and more models this year. If I have your seats in-stock you'll have em in a few days. We just dropped our custom order time down to 8 weeks, and soon it will be 4-5 weeks. Also, my warehouse does custom embroidery on the headrests if you're interested in that. -Tyler

I might be a little biased towards Clazzio since I run one of the warehouses, but I bought my first set of Clazzio's 3 years ago and had them in my work truck. Used it everyday. Work, Camping, boating, 3 kids, and when I sold my truck last month, they looked as brand new as the day I put them in. Yes they are covers, not a replacement, but for the money I love them a lot. So much that I sold my company to work for clazzio.com which is where I am now. If you have any questions, ask away. I can send you some samples if you want. Or check us out online. http://www.clazzio.com -Tyler

I'm happy with the Marathon seat covers I've had for a few months. If you prefer ballistic nylon they are a good choice. Plenty of colors and camo patterns to choose from, good quality and a nice fit. My only complaint is that the headrest covers are a little too small, and the velcro straps to secure everything together under the seat are a bitch to figure out. No pics right now because trucky is 1000+ miles away at the airport parking lot, but maybe later.
