So last week I finally got around to my MGM Satoshi project. I bought a grill from Evan-Fischer on Amazon. Did the fiberglass method and painted myself using the color matched rattle can from Automotive Touch-Up. For the clear coat I used the Spray Max 2K (urethane) from Automotive Touch-Up also. The color was dead on and the clear coat came out amazing!!!! Overall the grill looked flawless and I couldn't have been happier. Then the unthinkable happened!!! The piece of shit grill from Evan-Fischer separated close to the top right (looking at the front). I have tried a 2-part plastic bonding agent to put it back together. It looks better but it is starting to separate again. 99% of people would not notice but I am very OCD about my truck. So on to my questions. Anyone have any other ideas on getting the grill back together? Also I am thinking of starting over so does anyone have any experience with aftermarket or OEM grills that are a good quality other than going to the stealership and paying $265? I will try and get some pics posted in the next day or so.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Best way is to put the two parts together the way that they do at the factory - melt them.
    Just my $.02

Best of luck with your project!
