I have almost the exact same truck as your describing except mine is auto. I got mine at the end of November and I paid a couple k's below sticker (26K). With financing ,taxes etc it was like 29-30k out the door. My situation was a little different though. I blew up my Sequoia and needed a vehicle asap and they knew it. Good luck man! let us know how it goes.

That's really low if 4x4. Lower than we can get out here anyway.

If you don't have financing already, check out PenFed Credit Union. I just recently purchased my new to me Taco and financed a portion of it @ 1.25%. TFS couldn't come close. No other bank or CU could. The service has been great and greatly sped up the paperwork at the dealership. After my 60 months, I'll have paid not even $1,100 in interest.

But don't tell the dealer you've got financing until you have a price in writing. They'll try and F you if they know they're losing on the backside.

So, I ended up getting it for $31,200.00 - TRD Sport, 4x4, Manual, V6. It needs to be ordered, so the only downfall is that I'll have to wait 4-6 weeks.

This is the hard part! : )

Congrats on the new baby. Oops, I'm mean Taco. But just like a real baby, lots of new purchases to make while waiting for the delivery day to make sure when she comes home, there's plenty cool new toys and clothes.

Congrats. Pretty close to the price I got on my Access Cab. They wouldn't budge anymore on mine either so it's probably a safe assumption that they are selling as low as they'll go while keeping a minimum profit margin.

That 4-6 weeks took me 7.5 weeks so just be ready. That is the hardest part.
