Question for those with rear TSB springs

For those who had your rear leafs replaced under warranty with the 4-leaf pack, how much lift did you see from this?

I think it is supposed to be about 1-1.5" of lift. I have the TSB leafs and a 1.5" AAL and have about 2.5-3" of lift total.

 

Settles to 3/4"-1"

 

Jacked my shit way up there! No kidding got a least an inch out of it maybe more, it was hard to measure as I never could find level ground to measure on before, but there is a noticable difference.

Glad i got it done, now I just need to find a cost effective way to raise my front but that's at least a Grand to do it right.

 

you could get a set of bilstein 5100's for the front. they're adjustable up to 2.5". The majority of us on here are running them. They're around $160 for the pair. Huge improvement on ride quality as well. The best suspension mod for the money hands down.

 

Probably about 1.5" at first, but they settled to about 1"

 

Ok, so for those of us who want to wait on Bilstein 5100s, any reccomendations on front leveling on the cheap?

You can buy the Bilstein 5100 shocks for about that price and then YOU put them on if you're looking for cheap...

 

Right, I'm thinking of the price to put the springs onto the new shocks, or the price of the spring compressor/rental. It seems like a leveling kit would be cheaper and quicker, esp if you have good enough shocks, hence my orignal question.

That should solve the issue of bringing it to a shop or renting a compressor. All you'd need is an alignment.

 

I've actually been thinking about that very mod but I wasn't sure b/c:

Wouldn't I need to upgrade UCA's with that amount of front lift?

Also, Do I just use the stock Coil-Overs on the 5100's?

3/4" on mine. Added 5100s at 3/4" preload to restore the stock rake.

 

I've had my TSB springs for 5 years now....and If I had to guess...(cuz I never measured it).... 3/4-1"

 

I agree, not enough for me to really notice.
