    We have had instances where TW members have had problems with vendors that are listed on this site. I have followed several threads on the topic. OP, please do us a favor and continue to attempt to reach this vendor to get this issue resolved before flaming on anyone just yet. I have seen threads were the vendor was at fault and I have seen the exact opposite as well but the vendor gets flamed unfairly. There are tens of thousands of active members here and many more that are not but cruise the site. If the vendor screwed up it's only fair that they get a chance to right the problem.
    Please keep trying and let us know what happens OK?

    Well glad to see things are getting handled. It sounds like a shipping error like a flat rate envelope just ripped open from poor paking. I have crammed a lot in those envelopes they hold up pretty well if packaged right.
