I have the same issue... Except to the right. I think it's my camber worn m/t. How are your tires?

    What size tires?

Mud terrains and larger tires can magnify small tracks in the road, and increase wondering. Try swapping tires from one side to the other...

Take your truck to a place that sells and installs SPC equipment for the alignment. They can get the specs perfect with the UCA's. I wouldn't accept within range if it pulls. They got mine perfect and I've had no issues with the same kit installed.

Try Tires 1st in Columbus on Miller road.

Just a simple test, swap the tires left to right. Both left tires to the right, and both right tires to the left. If it pulls right, then you know it is tires. If it still pulls left, then there is an underlying issue. Perhaps when they did the alignment they did not inspect properly, and you may have worn suspension parts. After 4 alignment attempts, something else is wrong.

I would like to see numbers before I jump to that conclusion. SPC LR UCAs have an adjustable upper balljoint. The alignment techs that I have talked to either think they know what they are doing but don't, or are honest and say that they don't feel comfortable that they can get it right.

I'm wondering if the UCA's are in the center position? Or maybe the shop doing the alignment isn't familiar with SPC's stuff and doesn't know how to adjust them.

OP did you give the shop the sheet that came with the UCA's? I think if you take somewhere that is familiar with the UCA's you would get a better alignment.

Unfortunately there are not a lot of shops that are familiar with them.

Yeah that's true. There is one here that is though. Prior to mine and with mine. Everyone there said how they wish everyone with a lifted truck would use them after they saw the specs. I talked to the guy that does the alignments there and asked him before hand if he had ever done a truck with them on it, he said yes and they really helped when needed to get everything perfect instead of just within specs.

I would have the tires checked at this point you may have a slipped belt in the tire or any number of other issues. You can swap the tire on the front and check this as mentioned above or you can take it to a shop with a road force balancer and have them check them.

It could still be an alignment issue though. There is a art to setting the caster to ride the crown of the road that most guys doing alignments do not understand. Having all the numbers in spec can still lead to a pull going down the road. The issue may be in the amount of lift you have. When you raise the the truck the amount of adjustment in the caster settings drops with the factory set up. This is where aftermarket upper control arms come into play and allow for that little extra that's needed via the adjustable upper ball joints.

could be in your rack and pinion steering. if your front tires aren't showing wear, your alignment is good, this is a possibility. in the old power steering sectors, I have seen unequal pressure which causes this. my father in law bought a new truck and his pulled to one side. never could cure the problem from day 1, after over 165k he replaced the wore out sector with one from a junkyard and cured his problem.

The truck has only 52k miles on it. the tires and lift are brand new with only about 2000 miles on them. ive had it aligned 4 times in 2 months. The tires are dick cepek 33 on 17s. The truck drove perfect down the road before i lifted it. Yes fixed the taco lean. Swapping the tires to the other side didnt affect this. I will try to get a printout today.

have them check cross camber and cross tow, front to rear. if the cross isnt 0.0 you will pull. with bigger tires it will play you more. IMO
we run into this alot. i sure hope they dont charge you each time! we have a lifetime alignment at my shop. pay once and get it for life unless you replace suspension parts.
