19 DBL CAB SHORT BED TRD OFF ROAD

I am looking at buying the Iron Man lift...method double standars 16's and running my bfg 265/75/16's that I just bought a few months ago. Does anyone know if this will work? Obviously i know it works on a stock rim but witht the wider rim will it rub anywhere?
