Are they lower than non-Baja. Dealer wants me to order one. If I go that route it might has well be a Baja.

the lift and A/T's will lower MPG's.

I'm sure it's the same as any other 4x4/Prerunner.

I believe he means the dealer wants him to order a truck and he is saying if he orders one it might as well be a baja.

Checked with dealer. Looks like there are plenty of white Baja's here or on the way. Now the question is do I want to pay the extra $2.5k for a Baja. I would do a tire swap anyway so the net would be a little less. I would put the Duramax on and may still.

    nothing cool
Baja comes with BFG AT/KO tires. Ya probably don't need to switch tires.

I chose the Duramax over the BFGs for my 09. I prefer them. I also hate white letters.

I'm averaging about 18mpg's with my baja 6 spd. Took about 8,000 miles to get there before it was around 16 mpgs. I've had 3 sets of the BFG's and they have all lasted over 100k miles, you'll be all set with tires for awhile.

11,000 miles on my 2012 Baja double-cab with TRD supercharger. I added a Bak F1 hard folding tonneau. In-town I average 16, on the freeway I run right around 19. MPG's are normal driving with some heavy-foot driving.

Weird...the suspension must weigh a ton more, or the lift must somehow affect mileage, because I can get 18-20 mpg on my ScanGauge with nearly the same wheel/tire package (265/75 BFG ATs vs 265/70 on beadlocks).
