When I first bought my truck I had a tonneau cover, but the way it attached made it so the bed cleats couldn't be used (rolled up or not). It had a lip that hung over the rail system and the bed cleats hit the rail and couldn't be put on.

Did I have a shitty one or are they all like that? If not, who makes one that still retains the ability to remove/install/move the bed cleats?

Access. My Literider fits with cleats and a couple other Access ones do as well.

I have the Advantage Torza Top(tri fold). I can use my bed cleats and a cargo divider should I choose to. The tonneau requires no drilling or bolts. It attaches to the existing bed rail system and takes all of 2 minutes to put on.

You can't use cleats with cover closed, only when open and you have to pull them off before closing top.

He wants a cover that will give him option to have cleats on at all times.

The fold-a-cover g4 elite allows use of the cleats whether the top is folded or closed.

My Tonno Pro tri fold does as well and the cleats do not have to be removed

Wrong! Currently, my cover is on and closed with the four cleats on the rail system . Two on each side. So I do not know what you are talking about. Do you have the Torza? I have also had the bed divider and cleats in place and still closed it.

I have an access cover which allows use of the cleats. In this picture I don't have the cleats on but they do work.
