    I don't believe so. I installed leather in my 2012 and it was a different kit from prior years. So there are at least subtle differences.

    I believe the only difference in front seats is if you have a TRD model or not. It adds a bit more to the front of the seat, and I believe a bit more side support for your back.

    Airbags in the seat is also different...2012 def has them, 2006 may or may not.

    Head rest styles changed somewhere around 2009 too...

    Thanx for input fellas. I have the 2012 seat cover and they do say airbag on the fronts. Im gonna try and fit them any way if not ill just give them back to my friend.
