Oh yeah I've seen his build. It's awesome. I actually mentioned it above in response to someone who was doubting a DCLB's offroad capabilities.

I got to experience railroading in the snow at least! I had a blast in Wyoming. Went to Cody once a week for groceries. And for bullets for my old 300 Blackout AR15.

Except when you are driving 70MPH w/ the cruise on and start to climb a tiny incline. Fucking thing wants to jump gears when it had enough power and torque to easily go up the hill without losing any speed. Just needs a little gas...

My old X-Runner would cruise the Texas Hill Country in 6th gear without losing any speed. No unneeded down shifting.

Why do people think Auto is better fuel economy? Tis untruth.

I didn't doubt the DCLB's offroad capabilities at all. But there is a reason the 6 speed isn't in it. And it's not because there's no demand for it, or because it won't fit. Read my comment again.

Must be driving style. Though according to the Gov. the V6 Auto beats the V6 Manual in fuel economy but its the other way around for the 2.7L I4's.

yea i know it is the other way for the 2.7l but he is saying 6 speed so the v6 4.0
My 2.7 manual gets shitty fuel economy but i smash on it and have lift with big tires i usually get 19MPG when stock it was a lot more

Which is interesting, because I got 23-25 MPG winter-summer on average in my 6spd manual and most of TW can't even break 19.
