    Hello guy/gals,

I've had an allpro expo leaf kit on my truck not for almost one year and do no kind of offloading at all unfortunately. :( but for some reason one shock blew out and now my leaf springs are squeaking like a mofo at certain speeds. My mechanic put tiny microphones all over my truck and we drove it to discover this and we can see a small mark on the leafs where they are touching. I took the truck in thinking the noise i could hear was coming from the wheel bearings (not the case). I love allpro products and have their bumpers and plan to purchase their uniball uca's in the future but am pissed that the rear suspension has been giving me trouble. Was wondering if any of my fellow taco owners might have some tips for this? I was told by my mechanic to take my truck to a 4x4 shop to have them rebuild the leafs with bigger/better spacers.... Idk about that and I dont want to mess up any warranty they might have from allpro. Probably gonna contact them... Thanks!

    Too many to list now.
A lot of guys stick pieces of rubber inner tube in between each leaf.

Yes! Mine are squeaking as well. I do not notice it at higher speeds, but at parking lot speed and pulling up to the gate check point, it is quite embarrassing. The weather has not been cooperating so I have not had a chance to see if I can find out where exactly it is coming from.

Only time I got squeaks from Expos was after a huge mud bath.

There are teflon spring pads that separate each individual spring in the pack.
I can get you a few out without cost as long as you'll pay shipping which will be $5.80 USPS priority

Can I pleases get a full set of teflon pads as well? I will, of course, pay any shipping/fees required. I am at an APO address...my zip code is 09464.

I will send you a pm as well.

    Thanks!

You'll have to pull apart the leaf pack. Can be done in your driveway.
