My Taco is about to turn 100K miles in about a month or so.

I do Oil changes every 3K miles religiously but the engine has never been worked on......never had a single problem! Never done a tune up either.....power is still strong! Changed front brakes once.....that is about it!

I believe in preemptive maintenance and since I am approaching 100K miles I was wondering what should I check\replaced. Timing belt? Water pump? What did you do to your Taco Gen2 when you hit 100K?

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Yes. Every 30k miles. If you still have your maintenance manual it has a nice break down of maintenance intervals based on how you use your truck.
