Can anyone identify these shocks and intake?

I am looking for another tacoma since I wrecked mine and found this one http://www.mikeerdmantoyota.com/2010...FL/vd/13605968

This is probably a long shot but can anyone identify the shocks on the rear of this from the tiny pictures or the intake from the engine picture? It looks like the rear shocks have an external oil res. and the truck sits up pretty good. Maybe a lift kit? I am waiting on the tech at the dealer to call me back with potential mods. Thanks for any help.
