    Me :D

BTW I think 10.5 are starting with 4.30 ratio. So what is your plan for the front? Sequoia/LandCruiser differential?

    YES.

He has an LT kit. Probably went with the 10.5 for strength and width to match the front.

Ah so he is pre-runner ... still to see how rear got mounted would be beneficial.

I've been contemplating using the Tundra 9.5 or 10.5 when I finally step up the rear axle (after I SAS).
Only issue is the lug pattern.
How did you overcome the 5 lug vs. 6 lug?

To answer the questions on what you need to do to make it work on a 2005 +double cab/extended cab 6 speed manual (without vsc)

    1. Wheel adapters /have a machine shop re-drill theaxles and brake rotors/ use wheel adapters on the front

    2. Minimum wheel size is 17 inch to clear the rotors

    3. Take the driver side parking brake cable off andreplace it with a passenger side parking brake cable reroute the parking brakecables

    4. Drill out the pinion flange to match your driveshaft flange

    5. Drive shaft modification

    6. Shock mount relocation (I ran a shock hoopsthrough the bed so I can run fox 3.0 18 inch bypasses(coming soon) outside theframe rail )

    7. Cut the factory spring perches off and weld newones on to match the factory (44 inches center pin to center pin) ones

    8. U bolt flip kit (uses the same size as a gm 14 bolt 3.5 inch axle tube)

    9. Reroutethe brake lines with new ones ( you automatically get a Disk brake upgrade)

    10. Take your abs sensorsand wiring harness out of your stock axles and plug and play (My truck does nothave vsc, so I don’t know what it will do with that set up.)

    11. Re gear it-Gear options when I did it was 4.30or 4.88 (I am running 4.88’s/arb lockers front and rear)

    12. Re gear your front to match if its 4wheel drive

Yes,it can be done but it’s a pain in the ass.

Yes, you get to keep your parking brake andabs without any abs or brake lights coming on.

Nope, speedo sensor is in the transfer case.
The speed sensors in the rear are for the abs brakes.

I put a hypertech speedometer calibration kit which fixed the incorrect speed reading because of the regearing/tire size.

My Photo bucket account: aaron_77584 has a couple of pics if anybody is interested in looking at the build.

Well done. The fully functional disc brakes alone would almost justify this swap for me.
