2013 Bumper: fit on any 2nd Gen?

I couldn't assure compatibility by searching the forums, but, can anyone here verify if a 2013 Tacoma bumper will fit on any 2nd Gen?

Specifically, can I put it on my 2007?

 

You can but you'll also need a hood, head lights, grill, and the small plastic retainers under the head lights

He doesn't have the bumper on yet, but its more than just the plastic.

I'm wondering about rear bumper only. Looks like I'm good to go.

My original chrome bumper looks terrible and is constantly rusting. I see a color matched super white locally I could replace it with.
