I'm not a fan. Why are they changing? They just did a totally new body.

Looks just like new front end and tail lights. Just like what they did for the 2012/13 Tacoma.

maybe just a refresh sheet metal like the current Taco. refresh headlights, interior, different front facia etc. I guess final judgement is when we see the whole vehicle

Yes. While I love the 5th gen the tail lights make no sense. Your going to make a trail vehicle with rear lights that stick out asking to be busted.

Looks like it might be time to trade in my 4th gen for the 2014 (HID/Projector headlights and rear LEDs) refresh I've been eagerly waiting for! :D

The '09 4Runner had projector headlights and LED tail lights. The '10 went to reflectors and incand. bulbs to lower cost. Toyota must have found a cheaper supplier for projectors.

I like it. It ain't a complete redesign, but it's a lot more meaner and angrier. like the 12+ Taco

Redesigns are good n all but what about offering new engines? Everyone else is bringing in Diesel options except Toyota. Nissan is working with Cummins for a 2.8L Diesel @ 210HP and 350ft-lbs for the Frontier which will be available in late 2014

Toyota already has well tested and refined Diesel options in the market.

    Looks good!

We are seriously considering selling the FJ for a new Trail Edition 4Runner.
