Looks great. Wondering if you can take some pics with the tail gate open and tire swung out? I've been interested in that setup but would still like to put my motorcycle in the back of the bed from time to time. I'm assuming the rear gate doesn't come off if needed.

Agreed!. I'll be taking the sawzall to it real soon...

The swingout does come of fairly easy... remove the dust cap on the hinge, loosen the spindle nut and the whole thing comes right off.

Loading a dirt bike wouldn't be an issue with the gate on. It swings back out of the way far enough to use a ramp and walk a bike into the bed of the truck. Now if you cannot close the tailgate, I wouldn't drive around with the gate pinned open as you most certainly would break the pin that holds it open. If you cannot close the tail gate because of the rear wheel, I'd pull the swingout off.

Great thanks for the pics. How much does Demello sell that entire rear setup for?

I found the MTs don't do well in wet and/or icy snow. If you're going to use them in snow, I strongly recommend you get the tires siped for better traction. I slid all over the place with mine.

Edit: I was running the BFG MT KMs, which are not siped.

You're best bet is to call them for pricing. These are custom builds, so the options you choose will dictate the final price.

Thanks for the info... most of my snow driving with be to Tahoe and back, so I suspect I'll be just fine without siping the tires. But time will tell...

Waiting on a led lightbar to show up. Then have a bunch of wiring projects that I need to take care of. Going to fab up a bed rack for an rtt at some point in the near future.
