Front End Howling Noise

I have a pretty bad howl in the front end of my truck. I lifted the front and have no play in the bearings as far as i can tell. When I pull sharp to the right though the noise will go away. Any ideas???

Driver side or passenger side, because when you turn to the right your right side comes up and that takes the load off of the bearing?
