Ok I bought my tacoma used and it came with this awful sticker pinstripes the ones the factory offers. I need these things gone ASAP. Any advice for removal? I have read a heat gun but don't really have access to one and also I'm terrified of scrapping them off and scratching my paint.

The 3M eraser wheel worked well for the old ass stripes on my 90 4runner.

I think they have heat guns at harbor freight pretty cheap. a good old hairdryer greatly lessens your chance of of clear-coat-carnage tho

Use your fingernail. No matter what "tool" you use, make sure the surface is clean before you start. That will reduce the chance for scratches.

Home depot has heat guns for like $20. The 3M eraser is a little more with the arbor. You will want to use a corded drill on that too. A cordless will die pretty quick. Then wipe off the eraser material. Good as new.
