Ok, so I've been on here for days doing research about the best lift options and what size tires I can fit on my truck without a lift. After many hours I came up with this, 265/75/16's, spidertrax wheel spacers and bilstein 5100 adjustable struts up front and 5100 on the rear. I measured the wheel wells to find out what setting would be best for the 5100's and here are the measurements sitting level, DF-33 1/2, PF-34, DR-35 1/2, PR-36. The drivers side is lower by half an inch. I mainly drive on improved roads with the occasional dirt road or trail, I'm only looking to level the truck and get a slightly larger tire under it. If i go with this setup will I need to replace the Upper Control Arms or is that 3" and above, I really only need to go up 2" in the front.

    Any comments would help tremendously

If using stock wheels ditch the wheel spacers, it's also possible for a proper alignment with 2.5" of front lift, it's a hit or miss unfortunately b

Ok so no wheel spacers, that saves me $200, Any idea why my drivers side is lower. I'm keeping the stock wheels for now, just going to a bigger tire.

its called the "Taco Lean" most every tacoma sits just lower in the driver site due to poor weight distribution throughout the vehicle. they sell little spacers for the driver side suspention to correct the lean

At 2.5" on the front my caster is out.

I like your setup, when you raised the front did you have to do a differential drop kit and or replace the upper control arms?

Thanks. Neither. I don't have any vibration issues. My only problem is the correct caster cannot be acheived ar 2.5". At some point I'm just going to lower the front down to 1.75" to get my caster back. I'm not willing to pay the ridiculous amount for UCAs over .75".
