    yeah same here. idk if i want it silver or not. maybe have it hydrodipped camo? along with all the emblems and rings around spedo...

    The silver would look pretty good on it! if you don't have anything on the truck that is blue I wouldn't even do blue. You could do the outside of it silver and the middle red and keep the toyota and the V6 emblem silver.

    What kind of paint do you use? Mine is speedway blue and would like to do mine, but I assume it is not regular paint?

    i would just use regular paint. it’s not like it,s the radiator or engine block or exhaust or something that gets extremely hot.

    I have had truck running(driving) and opened hood and touched it and it was pretty warm but not hot enough i could not touch it.

    I have a BSP and painted my cover blue

    Used Krylon Fusion and did 4 or 5 coats. I have used this stuff a lot and have always had good results.
