    Might as well sell your truck because who knows what substandard labor worker was working the line the day yours rolled off.

    Had a Webasto Hollandia 700 series installed the first week.$1100..I have it open about every day..even in the winter to feel that cool fresh air(with the heat crankin' of course)...Can change the color of the operating switches....No problems so far.....did have to put a WeatherTech deflector on it to kill buffeting....

    Find a reputable shop that does it for a living and take it there yourself(maybe even cheaper,mine was)..Toyota is goin to use the cheapest equipment and labor....one place you don't want to cheap out is putting inferior equipment in a hole in the roof...

    Word of warning: my Jeep Commander had a sunroof and ended up leaking all the time. Surprisingly, many sunroofs are purposefully NOT watertight when closed. Many of them let a small amount of water in, which then drains down tubes from the sunroof tray down along the frame and out underneath the vehicle.

    What then happens to a lot of ppl (this happened in my Jeep) is that these tubes get clogged with tree/leaf gunk and the water begins backing up. When it can't drain through the tubes, it finds a way into the vehicle. At its worst, I'd have an inch or two of standing water in the floorboards of my Jeep. I'd have to periodically take the carpet and plastics out from the floorboard and literally blow up through the bottoms of the tubes (like, with my mouth) to loosen the gunk and let the backed-up water flow out. Same thing happened w/my parents' Taurus.

    I loved having the sunroof open on a nice day, and it's definitely nice to have that extra light. But I've had my Taco for a little over a week now and it's been raining here a lot, and it's been such a relief not to worry about it.
