I want to install an auxillary fuel tank in the bed of my 2013 Tacoma. I have concerns about the OBDII system, the composite bed and overall workability. Anyone have any thoughts?

Tint (35%), a must. Step bars, Bull bar, Bull lights,4x4 light mod, Flip down 10" DVD player, De badged, Color match front emblem, color matched bumpers., black out tails, Cobra cb, Flashlight mod,bed-light mod,
The composite beds are stronger than the metal beds. The weight would be of concern.
May I ask why you would want to do such a thing?

I travel quite extensively and often in areas that have high gas prices. I get about 22 mpg which gives me a 400 mile range right now. I would like to double that.

I presume that you meant "slick". Do you have any suggestions on how to do it right?

    Ha. Thanks for the education.
"2. A secondary word for awesome"
But hell, "slick" works just fine for me and it is a lot less ambiguous.
The last thing I want is an installation that looks sick in the more traditional meaning of the term.
