At just a tick over 60,000 I did a flush and fill as described by Mountain Lion in the sticky. It went well and saves a bunch of $$$.

I feel that after doing that procedure, a simple drain and fill the approximate 3 1/2 quarts from the pan about every 20-25,000 miles does a world of good and keeps the transmission happy. I know that only changes about 1/3 the fluid but adding the fresh supply is better than going another 60-80,000 miles with doing nothing.

The original idea of going 100,000 miles (or never at all) before doing service is ridiculous.

If you can change your own oil, doing this job is only a notch more difficult and when done once, it is easy to do again. The instructions are very clear.
