Whoops. No exhaust for now

So tonight I had the bright idea that I would ditch my rear two cats and weld in some pipe in their place. Let me go ahead and say. Toyota has put pipes inside our pipes on the passenger side. Why I'm not sure but it makes it a pain in the ass. So now I have a hacked up exhaust and broke a stud off one of the upper cats. So now I'm trying to determine what to do. Thoughts? And don't say put the stock one back on cause its laying outside in slices.

I did it to decrease my back pressure once upon a time. However, I don't recommend it to anyone not going F/I... No real benefit

Lets not turn this into a back pressure debate. I already know all about back pressure etc. yes I did it to increase my overall exhaust tone in combo with the rest of my exhaust after the Y pipe.

I did too, but with a performance mindset. I found that having the cats removed led to quite a bit of rasp amd ended up resonating my exhaust anyway. Either way I'd recommend putting in the pipe and maybe getting the stud from Toyota... or else go the new y pipe route. Ill help you however I can if I can

hey I actually just went to the muffler shop this morning. They did it the cheap route really but I have a custom Y now...its just solid exhaust now and if I ever need to drop the exhaust Ill have to cut it off and worry about it then. But I am back in business for now. Driving to the muffler shop with no exhaust was annoying.

By solid I mean instead of worrying about bolting the the flanges that are after the upper cats, they just welded the pipe right too it. Y I am not sure, but oh well..it looks good...just going to be a pain in my ass if I ever have to take it off...or maybe one day ill just cut em off and put flanges on those ends if need be.
