Keyless Remote and Keys

Thank you for the responses to my last post. Going more into detail, I bought a used 2011 Tacoma Sport and only got one keyless remote and key. I need to get another one but the dealer charges a lot. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place I can get one at a more reasonable price? Either online or in Southern California? Thank you!

 

Ace Hardware in Texas is a good alternative to dealer. Dealer struggled a little with making a third key for my 2013. I told them I wanted a third key before I signed. After all I gave them 3 keys on my trade in. I will never again buy any vehicle that does not have at least 2. I bought my ex a Liberty a couple of years ago and dealer said that they were getting the second set from the original owner. I made them sign something to agree to provide a second. A week later the second set showed up in mail.

 

I bought a remote through Amazon. The seller was remotesremotes.com. $40. No problems at all.
