If I use anything its Aerospace 303, but I just use a damp rag to wipe down the dash. Safe, and doesn't leave the dash greasy/blotchy.

    Ditto.

I've used 303, and it's a good "once every 3 times" treatment for leather combined with leather-specific products.
But for hard plastic surfaces? I keep a couple of microfiber towels under the seat. That takes care of dust, which is 99% of what I deal with.
The door handles and window sills might need a bit more, but warm water will clean them up.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
If they don't do anything, I'd get a dash mat to cover it up. I plan to do that in the near future just so mine never cracks. UV rays are hard on dashes no matter what. That sucks OP, hope it is resolved soon!
